The Web based proposal:

Albright Ideas provides a proposal delivered on the Web so you can read it, discuss it, and show it to colleagues from any Internet browser. In the proposal we provide narrative of our estimate of the job, a Power Point presentation in support of our proposal, and a schedule of the proposed work.

We use state-of-the-art technology so that the process is clear, easily communicated to all involved, to get you up to speed as quickly as possible on how we can help you complete your project on time.

We can utilize WEB conferencing so you can meet with any staff member in person and discuss ideas even if you are 2,000 miles apart using the latest web technology available. You will meet one-on-one at your desktop and not have to wait for someone to come visit you.

The Work performed:

We are adept in all the technologies we are utilizing. We can provide the solutions that you need to complete your projects on time and in budget. We are able to provide quick cycle times to match your specifications, or we can design, code and implement the project from start to finish.

We can provide services on your equipment and software using dial-in technology, telecommuting, or linking into your site. Alternately, we can provide standalone services using our databases and processes. We will do the development to your specifcations at our facilities, then install it. Either way, you get the results you expect, in a timely manner within cost parameters.

To keep you and your staff informed along the way, we provide weekly statuses of all open assignments. We provide weekly timesheets on the Internet so you can track overages and underages. The timesheets are matched to your internal timekeeping system, so you can track work exactly to your own timekeeping labels and reporting. Our invoicing is then based on these timesheets once a month so there are no surprises along the way to completion.

Using the initial proposal as a benchmarking tool, we identify milestones reached and the status of implementation as compared to the proposal. This reduces the chances for overages on projects, identifies critical items, and increases your sucess!

The Feedback/Follow Up Phase: (After completion)

Once your project is completed, there usually is still work to be done, questions that pop up, and maintenance that is required. Once training on the project is completed, we provide up to two weeks follow up and support services for each engagement. We provide a support e-mail address to service any additional questions that might arise after-the-fact.
